We are seeking an organised, customer-focused and detail-oriented Shed Coordinator to oversee daily shed operations while providing exceptional support to customers and the sales team. This role requires someone who is methodical in their thinking, capable of managing multiple priorities, and confident using computer software to design products and process customer orders.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate the day-to-day operations of the shed and yard.
- Receive and respond to customer enquiries via phone, email and in person.
- Handle incoming sales calls and assist customers with product selection and quotations.
- Use specialised computer software to design customer solutions and prepare orders.
- Accurately enter and process customer orders, ensuring all specifications are correct.
- Maintain inventory and stock records.
- Coordinate deliveries, pickups and product dispatch.
- Liaise with customers, suppliers and team members to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Maintain a safe, clean and organised work environment.
- Assist with administrative tasks, reporting and record keeping.

- Be confident handling customer enquiries and sales calls.
- Have strong computer skills and the ability to learn and use design and order-entry software.

- Be able to prioritise tasks and work independently.
- Have experience in customer service, sales support, administration, manufacturing or a similar role (preferred).
- Hold a forklift licence (desirable but not essential).
